Visit the imposing Stirling Castle, travelling up from Edinburgh in an hour’s journey by car through lovely Scottish farmland and towns, perhaps seeing the famous Kelpies at Falkirk as you’re driven through the town by your knowledgeable driver. Having been a cotton Mill for one hundred and eighty years, Deanston was transformed into a distillery in the 1960s and has been distilling using traditional methods ever since!
